It’s been a while!

Track is ending, school is getting stressful, I need time to hang with friends & the boy, and I need time to RELAX! :)

I just had one of those runs… where I really wonder why I run. Or how I’m even in track. Like I literally suck at running.. and I’m not improving even after months of training. I’m getting tired of track, so much that I called in sick for my meet today. It’s so much. I don’t even know. I’m in a funk. And I don’t know how to get out.

"Running is running. It hurts, but that’s all it does. The most difficult part of the training is training your mind. You build calluses on your feet to endure the road. You build calluses on your mind to endure the pain. There’s only one way to do that. You have to get out there and run."

To run or to not run..
